«فني» خدمة تربط العملاء بالفنيين والحرفيين في السعودية ومصر ودول الخليج، عبر بوت تلغرام @FanniServiceBot وعبر واتساب.
للعميل: رقم واتساب أو معرّف تلغرام، والمهنة والمدينة/الحي التي يبحث فيها، والموقع إذا أرسله بنفسه (لتحديد أقرب مدينة وحي فقط)، وسجل التواصل مع الفنيين.
للفني: الاسم والمهنة والخدمات والمدينة والأحياء ورقم التواصل الذي يختار عرضه للعملاء.
لعرض الفنيين المناسبين للعميل، وحساب فرص التواصل المجانية للفني، وتنبيه الفني بطلبات العملاء، وتحسين الخدمة بإحصاءات عامة. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية. رقم الفني يظهر للعميل فقط عند طلب التواصل.
يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك نهائيًا في أي وقت: في تلغرام بالأمر /delete_account، أو بمراسلتنا على واتساب بكلمة «حذف بياناتي» (أو الحرف d).

Fanni connects customers with technicians and tradespeople in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Gulf via the Telegram bot @FanniServiceBot and WhatsApp.
Data we collect: customers' WhatsApp number or Telegram ID, the profession and city/district searched, location only if the customer shares it (to find the nearest city/district), and contact history; technicians' name, profession, services, city/districts and the contact number they choose to show.
Use: to show matching technicians, count technicians' free contacts, notify technicians of customer requests and improve the service with aggregate statistics. We never sell data or share it for marketing. A technician's number is shown to a customer only when the customer asks to contact them.
Deletion: request permanent deletion anytime via /delete_account on Telegram or by messaging "delete my data" on WhatsApp.
